The house is a unique home (a bit of a project) located on a beautifully wooded property along the river in the Island area of Logan. It has plenty of quiet shared space and free off-street assigned parking. Free laundry room. It's a scenic 10-12 minute hike up the trail to USU. This is an academic and professional household - quiet, healthy, productive, studious, professional, friendly atmosphere maintained. Grad students are definitely preferred, but mature undergrads or faculty are welcome too and possibly working professionals. Gay friendly - adult Gay male owner/resident. There is a large permaculture/organic garden area. Absolutely no users of tobacco, drugs or marijuana in any form. No smoking/vaping of any kind, no partying, slackers, hookups or random guests and this cannot be a second home or hangout for your friends or significant other. Guests are discouraged to maintain quiet for studying, sleep and rejuvenation. No noisy or profane online gaming. Headphones are expected to be worn while listening to music, movies, online classes etc. In other words, overall good, motivated, productive, proactive guys only who are actively working on your education or career. Sorry, no pets.
