The primary bedroom has its own full bath, and the other two bedrooms work for guests, an office, or a hobby room. Central heat pump and AC, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer. New roof and fresh siding paint in 2021. Public water and sewer. Minutes from shopping, parks, and commuter routes. About me as your landlord: I'm not a management company. I'm one person who cares about this house. You'll deal with me directly, and repairs are handled by my dad, who runs a local HVAC business.
