Our two bedroom, 1 bath apartment is fully furnished and features a brand new, full kitchen with full size stainless steel fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The kitchen is light and bright with a new white quartz countertop, white cabinets, and blue tile backsplash that is highlighted by dimmable under-cabinet lights. The large living room includes dimmable lights that can be bright for productive times or low for relaxing. A large and easy to use 75" Roku Smart TV is included for entertainment while relaxing on the comfy couch after work. There is also a desk with a peaceful view of the forest surroundings. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. There are blackout / privacy shades and lovely views of the forest with the shades open. One bedroom has a walk-in-closet. Both bedrooms have dressers and nightstands. Note that while we are located on the Hillside, there are no steep roads to access our property. We are near O'Malley Elementary off of O'Malley Road about two miles from the Seward Highway. While it feels like we are very far out of town, it is actually quite close. We are about 15-20 minutes to the airport, downtown, and Providence Hospital. 1 to 7 month Lease available All utilities included (heat, water, electricity, and high speed internet). Free parking for up to two operable vehicles (one spot in a covered carport). Snow plowing is included. No smoking and no pets. Tenants are responsible for keeping the apartment clean.
