Equipped with a California king bed, patio, and fenced in yard, our newly painted casita has a small kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, Ninja grill, and microwave) with new appliances, living area, bathroom and bedroom, adjacent to the main house on a 3/4 acre. Tenants will have access to a lap pool, two electric bikes, she-shed and canoe. The property has room for an RV, boat, or both. Renter will be responsible for a credit score and two recent pay stubs. First and security required ($4,400.00). Rent includes cable and electric. I will run a background check, require two references, and ask that you sign a month to month or yearly lease.
