Enjoy elegant hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, tile flooring in the bathrooms & kitchen and carpet in the bedrooms. *FYI - All Walls/trim are not normally freshly painted after every tenant moves out. Normal wear and tear, minor scuffs are to be expected on walls which may not show up in pictures. Wall color can vary.
