This is the downstairs apartment of a classic Maine cottage, second house back from the beach, with hardwood floors and ocean views. The unit has a bright, spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. There are four bedrooms, the bathroom has a shower and there is a backyard. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier of Old Orchard Beach. The quaint village of Ocean Park is also a short stroll away. It is a 20-minute drive to Portland, with its many restaurants, art and culture and the mall. It is a 20-minute drive to the University of New England's Biddeford Campus and to South Portland. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Old Orchard Beach and its beautiful coastline.
