There is built-in storage throughout the house and available in the garage. Internet/WiFi is available for use and included in the price of rent. Covered patio provides an ideal space for grilling, outdoor gatherings/dining and enjoying the mountain view. Parking includes a deep garage with an extra long driveway which provides an extra parking spot if needed. Additional parking is available on the street. Apartment is perfect for couples, newly-weds, or small families. The apartment is in a good residential neighborhood, has calm quiet neighbors, and is located near/within walking distance of Weber State University, McKay Dee Hospital, Smith's, Macey's, Costco, Newgate Mall, and Riverdale shopping are minutes away. HAFB is less than a 15 minute drive. Multiple hiking/mountain biking trail heads are close and within walking distance. Pets are allowed/negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Apartment does not come furnished. Yard/lawn care provided. Application fee is only due after initial application review and will be used for the credit/background check.
