There is a dresser and a small clothing hanger bar. There are two rooms: a bedroom, and a living room/kitchen. There is a small electric stovetop and oven, not intended for large scale cooking projects. You are sharing the property with me, my son, and my mother. I am a musician and teacher, my son is also a musician. We occasionally host acoustic music events for friends and community which you are invited to attend. Otherwise, it’s peace and quiet. There is a lawn, and some garden space I can share. You are welcome to use the outside spaces, there is a hammock, and outdoor furniture in a comfortable arrangement. There is no smoking, no guns, no drugs, and no excessive drinking allowed. We are respectful, communicative people looking for same. There is a well, a septic system, and the building runs on a tank of propane, which is regularly refilled. There’s an on-demand hot water heater that is shared with my mom’s adjacent apartment. Your apartment is upstairs, over a workshop that is not used for anything but storage, and is very quiet. Previous tenants have enjoyed it, it’s ideal for a working professional without many belongings. I’m willing to consider a couple with minimal belongings, but this place is really not intended for multiple people. It’s cozy and roomy for someone who wants a comfortable, quiet place at the end of a workday, and a retreat on weekends.
