And only a block away from Liberty Station Shops (Trader Joe's, Vons, Bird Rock coffee, movie theater, and more). The front yard as well as the back yard give you a welcome to sit and rest. As you walk into the house, you enter through a receiving or mudroom. Right after is the open space for your desired comfort to set up the living room or the dining area, whichever area you choose, the kitchen is right next to it, and the fireplace will fit in either. The kitchen includes a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. One of the bedrooms is located at the front of the house, the main bedroom is right after, and right next to the kitchen is the third bedroom. The second bathroom is located on the way out of the kitchen to the backyard. As soon as you step out to the back, to the right side of the house, you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer combo unit. The backyard has a big mature avocado tree, a cactus, some fruit trees, and a large grass area. Right next to it is a one detach car garage and driveway for another car inside the gate. Outside the gate, you have space for other cars too. The house is surrounded by nice brick pavers and a fence all around. Property includes: Garden maintenance (twice a month), irrigation system, 50.00 dollar water credit for trees. $5,350 doll deposit due with 1st months rent and a one-year lease. Rental insurance is required for the duration of the lease. 35 -dollar application fee (per applicant). Tenant pays: All utilities, less a 50 dollars credit per billing cycle for water.
