Please text when inquiring. Beautiful unit, with lots of character, in an unbeatable location. Located on a peaceful dead-end street, it is next to the Elizabet Ney Museum, one block to Shipe Park, and only two blocks to classic Hyde Park institutions like Hyde Park Bar & Grill and the Fresh Plus Grocery. Enjoy the ½ acre yard bordered by a creek on one side and a historical home on the other side. It has a big yard and enormous pecan trees, with a huge new deck with a wooden cover off both the back bedroom and living room, which creates a large outdoor living area. In the front, you have a big Spanish-style courtyard. The floors are a combination of original hardwoods (newly refinished) and spanish tile. The master bedroom/study area has wood ceilings. It has central air and heat and energy efficiency improvements. In the kitchen you’ll find a gas stove, skylight, and custom made cabinets. The living room features built-in shelves. It has a utility room with a washer and dryer (free laundry!). This is not a free-standing home, but is a wonderful place with lots of privacy sharing almost no common walls. Owned and managed by an individual. I take pride in making things feel safe and homey, and am very responsive to any needs you may have. No big management company!
