Property Id: 2508262 Small charming 2 bedroom with one bath. Very pretty with a nice lot and nice landscaping. The house has been rented for a very long time by one person who took very good care of it. I am looking for a good tenant with a good rental history who will respect my home. I will only allow 3 people max as it is a very small home. I will consider Small dogs under 25 pounds and cats. Absolutly NO pitbulls, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Akitas, or any other dangerous dogs. No exceptions. There are two garage spaces and a nice size driveway. First months rent and security deposit are required before move in. Viewing of the home is only for qualified applicants. No pictures or video of the home are allowed during viewing. I will need to collect and verify your information before any viewing also. I do not take section 8. Thankyou
