This single-family home in Stanton Heights has a fully fenced back yard with a 12x23 deck, a covered front stoop, an integral garage, 2nd floor laundry, and central AC. The first floor has a powder room, dining room, and a kitchen that opens to a large living room with French doors leading out to the back deck. The kitchen features granite counters, dishwasher, built in microwave, gas stove, French door refrigerator with water and icemaker in the door, and a breakfast bar. The primary suite includes a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with double vanity and bathtub with glass surround. There are two more bedrooms that are close in size, one of which has a walk in closet. They share another full bathroom with ceramic tile surround. There's an 11 x 17 unfinished basement for storage. The integral garage is about 9 x 17 and the driveway in front is about 16 feet wide. Tenant pays water, sewage, gas, & electric. Landlord pays for City trash removal. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Leases at this property can end July 15th, July 31st, or August 15th of each year. Stanton Heights is a quiet neighborhood that's close to Lawrenceville and Highland Park.
