The parties shall have right to terminate the lease at the end of the lease term. In such cases, parties shall provide notice and terminate the month-to-month tenancy within the time allowed by law. In a case that tenant chose to stay as month to month tenant, applicable month to month fee shall be applied. All utilities are to be connected by Tenant, except water which is a shared meter billed by the landlord. No smoking allowed in the units!The Tenant (including any guests or invitees of the Tenant) is allowed to keep the following as pets: Small, non aggressive breeds. Approved at the discretion of the Landlord. The Tenant shall ensure that each Tenant pet is well-behaved and under the Tenant's control at all times while on the Premises, and that no Tenant pet poses a threat or apparent threat to the safety of other occupants of the Premises, their guests or invitees, or other persons on or near the Premises.
