Recently painted, tile floors and ceiling fans, washer/dryer/fridge are being replaced with new units. Yard has banana trees and hedges provide privacy. Full kitchen with all appliances. A/C in every room, dedicated washer/dryer. Full closet in both bedroomsUtilities included (WATER, ELECTRIC, REFUSE) Cable ready. Yard will be maintained by landlord, unless otherwise specified. Families kids are fine. Indoor/outdoor pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Must show that pets can be secured safely and humanely. Currently rented out, long term tenant leaving begining of March, unit won't be available till new appliances are delivered. Minimum 6 month lease, month to month thereafter. 1st month + security deposit required for move in. No subletting allowed.
