This thoughtfully laid-out one-bedroom, two-bathroom residence with an upstairs loft comfortably sleeps up to six guests and is ideal for extended stays. Light-filled interiors feature clean coastal finishes and an open, airy layout. Step outside to a spacious private backyard designed for laid-back beach living. The outdoor space includes a deck and patio, lounge seating, a hammock, and a fire pit perfect for seaside evenings under the stars. There is detached storage with a washer and dryer for convenience and functionality for longer stays. Monthly rental rates vary by season and are as follows: 2026 (Plus taxes and fee) March: $10,000 April: $8,000 May: Not available June: $7,000 July: $7,000 August: $7,000 September: Not available October: Not available November: Thanksgiving week only (nightly rates apply) December: Not available 2027 (Plus taxes and fees) January: $8,000 February: Not available Short term rentals are allowed under 30 days only 3 times over a 12 month span. We will do short term nightly rentals in March and April at $750 a night with a minimum 7 night rental or longer. The standard Annual monthly rental rate is $7,000, with seasonal adjustments as noted above. All seasonal rentals are subject to a 13% tax and a cleaning fee. The home sleeps a maximum of six occupants. Pets are not permitted.
