Each unit includes four private bedrooms with private bathrooms, while the kitchen and living room are shared common areas. If you qualify for roommate matching, individual leases range from $469 to $519 per month depending on lease term. If roommate matching is not an option, the full 4x4 unit may be leased for $1,500 per month, with all utilities included. Community amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, swimming pool and sundeck, sand volleyball court, basketball court, media room with theater-style seating and gaming systems, on-site laundry facilities, vending machines, ample parking, and secure access with cameras in all common areas. Utilities included in rent are electric, water, sewer, trash, and high-speed internet. There is no application fee. A $275 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your space. We are pet-friendly with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit and $25 monthly pet rent per apartment (maximum two pets; breed restrictions may apply).
