Check out this hard-to-find 4-bedroom home in an excellent location in Lee County, just off Philema Road. The home is situated on a half-acre lot, featuring a fully fenced yard. When you enter the front door, the kitchen and primary suite will be on your right, the living room is straight ahead, and the other three bedrooms are located on the left side of the house. The specious living room has a vaulted ceiling and French doors leading to the covered back porch. On the right side of the living room is the kitchen with a breakfast nook. The kitchen comes complete with a smooth top stove, over-the-range microwave hood, dishwasher, a new refrigerator, and a large pantry. Behind the breakfast nook is the dining room, which would also be perfect as an office, playroom, or homeschooling room. Through the dining room, you access the spacious laundry room. On the right side of the kitchen is the enormous primary suite, which is large enough to include a sitting area. From the bedroom area, you enter a foyer/bonus area, which would be perfect for a vanity or office area. On one side of the bonus area are the 2 large walk-in closets; on the other side is the primary bathroom. The bathroom has a vanity in the first area, and a 2nd vanity when you open the door into the bathroom, where you will find the bath/shower and toilet. To the left of the living area are bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, as well as the 2nd bathroom and a linen closet. The large backyard is fully fenced and has a large shed in the back.
