Laundry on site for tenants only. Rent is $1680 Furnished with the on-time payment discount of $50. Rent will increase to $1730 if paid after the 1st of the month. For you to-do: 1- Once you’ve looked at the unit and like the facilities an application link can be emailed to you. 2- establish proof of ability to pay the rent on your application and in the form of pay stubs or a history of bank deposits. Text or email them. 3- Send a photo of your drivers license via text or email. 4- Send a copy of car registration via text or email. 5- Send a copy of your car insurance card via text or email. 6- Once all documents are received and the application is approved we can execute the lease.
