Enclosed patio for bbqs or relaxing outside. No garage, but there is parking for 3 cars in the rear of property. New paint inside of house. No pets (dogs, birds, cats, fish, ferrets, etc) allowed. No smoking or vaping in the house. Yearly renter's insurance is required. Utilities (gas, electric, water, trash) are not covered by owner. Renter must water Japanese boxwood bushes and maintain yard. All repairs such as clogged toilet/kitchen/bath drains to be performed by renter. No modifications such as painting, flooring, etc to be done without notifying owner first. One year lease, then month to month. NO sub-leasing of rooms allowed. Security deposit of $3000 is required to move in. All adult applicants on the lease will need to apply via Rentspree application website. The cost is $49 for each applicant.
