However, there is ample driveway parking - enough for 4 cars and even space on the property for an RV! Tenant pays ALL utilities and services, etc. security deposit, first and last month's rent. Dogs MAY may be considered. This has been our family home, and I am looking for a responsible, long term tenant (1-year+) for my home on the Truckee river. NO smoking or vaping anywhere in the home or outside on the property. Renter's insurance is required, as well as proof of annual pet licensing, inoculations history up to date, photo provided, etc. Tenant MUST pick-up after their pet. No tenant access to garage at this time.
