Landlord takes care of the lawn services. Tenant covers internet/cable/snow removal/cost of propane. Propane is filled by landlord upon tenants arrival and is to be filled by tenant upon lease termination (Landlord gets a good deal through Superior Plus so tenant is to reimburse landlord). Trash pickup is on Tuesday mornings.
