Cute 1 BD 1 BA Unit near Franklin Blvd and Broadway. The unit features a large living room that opens up into a nice-sized kitchen. The washer and dryer are on site. There's a small parking lot in back, that is first come, first served or street parking in accordance to local law. Owner pays water, sewer, and garage. Tenant responsible for all other utilities. Pets Allowed $30/month pet rent Please note that this property is not currently rent ready. Our office will not be able to perform a showing until the property is ready to rent. Please do not disturb any occupants. Application will be reviewed on a first come, first reviewed basis. If you submit an application, you are allowing our office to run the initial background check after which time you will be put in the queue until the property is ready for showing. If you submit your application but are unable to wait for the property to be ready, you will be allowed a full refund. Each person over the age of 18 that will reside in the home must apply and qualify. No eviction/tenancy left owing money. Pass a criminal background check. Must have positive rental verification references. Combined household income must be at least 3x the monthly rent. Co-Signers can be used only to help meet income requirements above. Please note, if your application is denied you are not entitled to a refund. A $30 pet rent will be applied for each pet (2 max) in addition to a $250 per pet, deposit.
