We do require first and last months rent as well as a $1000 deposit before move in totaling $3450 at lease signing. We can hold the unit for up to 2 weeks with the deposit alone at which time the remainder would be due and keys would be given. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have proof of income meeting income guidelines of a household monthly bring home income of $4900. Pets are an additonal $50 a month per pet. NO SMOKING AND NO PRIOR EVICTIONS!
