The lower level includes a full basement apartment with a private entrance, gas fireplace, kitchen, washer and dryer, and living area perfect for guests or multi-generational living, plus an additional room ideal for a home gym. A two-car garage and extra parking complete the home. First and last month's rent as well as a $5,200 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available for a 12-month lease only. No pets. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, sewer, internet, and cable TV or satellite. The resident is also responsible for yard maintenance, snow removal from the driveway, walkways, and decks, hot tub care and chemical upkeep, as well as replacing water filters and maintaining water softener salt levels. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.
