The primary bedroom includes custom wood canopy detail, the second bedroom includes a private entrance, and the third bedroom has washer/dryer hook-ups to make it a flexible room for office or hobby work if preferred. Appliances include: Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Washer/Dryer Hook-ups Tenant is responsible for: Electricity Owner is responsible for: Oil (Heat, Hot Water), Water/Sewer, Trash Removal, Landscaping, Snow Removal First months rent and 1x security deposit are due at signing.
