This home is not available for a long term lease PETS >Not a pet friendly home >$200 charge if pet is brought into home CAMERAS >There is a camera in the living room that SHOULD BE unplugged when guests are in the home. When you enter the home we ask you to check to make sure it is unplugged, for your comfort, and plug back in when departing >Camera facing street from front entry PROPANE >We try to keep our propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you. DEPOSIT >We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays LEFT BEHIND ITEMS >$20 service charge added to shipping cost CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay.
