Be among the first tenants in a brand new mobile home community! Be the first to live in the brand new trailers giving you assurance that everything is in top condition. The community currently has 4 houses ready for move in. They all offer the same layout and amenities, with the only difference being colors of the exterior siding, kitchen cabinets and countertops. This home is a 3 bed/2 bath set up in a split floorplan. The master bath has double sinks and a tub/shower combo and offers LVP throughout. Each home offers a large kitchen island and separate laundry space as well. Park will have concrete parking pads and walkways laid within the next week or two. Pets will be considered with prior approval for breed/size. There will be an additional pet rent of $25 a month for each pet in the home. Tenants will not be allowed to place any sheds/storage buildings due to park layout and septic placements. Utilities: Electric: Lumbee River Electric (Tenant will need to set up a personal account) Water: Provided by the Park (Billed to the Tenant on a Quarterly Basis) Sewer: Septic Tank Trash: Tenant is responsible for all trash removal. They may choose to contract with a trash private company of choice OR take their own trash to the Hoke Co.
