This location is super convenient- just minutes from the lake, shopping, restaurants, hospitals and quick access to I-90. Pets are permitted with one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent (Max two). This property is NOT section 8 or housing voucher eligible. Gas and electric must be in resident's name prior to move in with account numbers provided. HOA fees (mowing and snow removal)/water/sewer are included with rent. Trash is added as additional rent, as billed. No smoking or vaping allowed. Renters insurance required. Application fee is $50/person to cover background and credit checks, applicants must be 18 or older and all adults must apply.
