INCOME VERIFICATION: -Verifying the Grossed Income for the household to be 2.5x the monthly rent for affordable units or 2.5x the monthly rent for market rent units. RENTAL HISTORY - If there is any Rental History - There are no outstanding balances with other landlords or property management teams. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND: in good standing. Security Deposits are equal to first months rent and are due to be paid in full to secure an apartment.
