Property Id: 2623096 Hello! We are looking for somebody chill to rent our upstairs corner bedroom. YOUR SPACE: The room is 9.5ft x 11.5ft, not furnished (empty), and you get your own bathroom across the hall. COMMON AREAS: kitchen/dining, living, laundry, and large creek-side yard with mature trees. PARKING: There is plenty of on-street parking as well as a dedicated spot in the driveway for your car specifically. ROOMMATES (2): There are a total of 2 people you would be sharing the common areas with. My husband and I - we live in the master bedroom. We like movies, tv, books, board games, and all things nerdy. PETS (2) :We have two cats and are open to having a third cat in the house if properly introduced. UTILITIES: All utilities (including high-speed wireless internet Google fiber) are INCLUDED at the $650/month rate. LEASE DETAILS: We like to keep it month to month for flexibility of both the tenant and property manager. Most of our tenants have stayed for 3-4 years. OTHER: No smoking, drugs, or alcohol on property. LGBTQ friendly. We are getting the basement remodeled this summer - the workers will be accessing the worksite though a separate entrance and will not impede on the interior common areas. LOCATION: ~1300E and ~3500S (exact address given via text for viewings/meet and greet). The house is in a residential neighborhood on a pleasant roundabout street that is perfect for walking and running.
