This 3-bedroom 2 bath unit just opened up. It is upstairs, but when you have the lake view it doesn't matter if it is upstairs or down! The unit has washer and dryer hook up, stove and refrigerator and a dishwasher. All the units have garbage disposals. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. There is a small storage area located on the patio that is secure with a lock. For a small fee we do offer carports, and Garages. The location is great just off I65 and highway 50 and 31. We are located in the Brown School District. No vehicle, no problem the City Bus comes to our property. We also have a laundromat on sight, A swimming pool for those hot summer nights. If you have any issues in your unit that needs repaired, no worries our Maintenance team is on call 24/7.
