Unit is on the second floor, - All stainless steel appliances: Gas range, dish washer, refrigerator, microwave - AC available - one off street parking stall - private entrance with a small deck - washer and dryer on site - complementary High Speed WiFi (for internet and TV like Hulu, Netflix , Apple TV etc...) Apartment is located in north Kihei, ocean just down the road. Great place for a respectful single person or couple. Lease is 6 month and will go on to a month to month after that. No smoking of any kind, no pets. Application and Background Check will be required. Utilities are $200 (wifi, gas, water, trash, electricity, GE Tax) Showings are possible with 48 hour notice.
