About 2268 West 32nd Avenue
Private entrance furnished garden bedroom abailable December 1, 2025 We are mature non-smoking professionals (22-35) looking for a new roommate. Our house is located one block from transit to downtown Vancouver and is near Kerrisdale shops and restaurants. Transit to UBC is nearby as well. The house is located near the Arbutus Greenway and bike routes which make it convenient when cycling around Vancouver. We are usually working during the week but enjoy spending time together, sharing meals and a few laughs. Ideally, we are looking for a clean, respectful like minded individual to share our house with. It’s not a party house though we do like to kick back and enjoy a drink together. The large furnished master bedroom has a window overlooking the mountains, desk, chair and closet as well as a orivate bathroom with a toilet, tub and shower. There are 2 fridges, a gas stove, a large new kitchen, dining room and a covered outdoor deck to relax on. There is also plenty of street parking. Rent including free laundry, monthly cleaners, high speed fibre optic internet and other utilities is $1095 per month. Room is for a single person and is available December 1st.
