Living room, kitchen, laundry and half bath are downstairs, and 2 bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. Tile floors on the ground level, carpet upstairs. Living room sliding door opens to the patio. Assigned parking for 2 cars on parking lot in the back of the building in covered carport, no garage. Fenced semi-private patio. Located close to 29PHwy, one block walking distance to shops and restaurants. This is non-smoking unit. No pets. No dogs (except service dogs by ADA). I require verification of income for the last 60 days: copy of paystubs for the last 60 days, bank statements for the last 2 months showing deposits of those paychecks. You must document minimum $5,000 monthly gross income. Each adult applicant needs to show source of income. I run background check, no evictions. Credit check fee is $30 per applicant. You can complete online application so you can share credit report with me if you already paid for one. I require paper rental application completed and sent to me with copies of required documents. If your family/parent/cousin will be helping you with rent payments, then your family/parent/cousin also needs to submit an application to rent, and document his/her income sufficient for both residences.
