The property is transitioning from a mobile home park to a tiny home village. Monthly rent is $1395 per month (unfurnished). Our tiny homes feature full bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower as well as kitchenettes and a living area with bedroom lofts. We are a dark sky community with a historic general store on site, Lucky Lou's Saloon that has billiard tables and 62 acres of land to explore. Each tiny has a space for your vehicle and we have ample additional parking for guests. Our community observes quiet hours daily between 11pm-8pm daily While quite remote, main street Julian is about 12 minutes away and Anza Borrego is only 15 minutes away. If you are interested in living in a tiny home, here is our rental process: First: Email us with a bit about yourself and what makes you interested in tiny living. We will send you the application via email and answer any other questions you may have. Second: We will schedule a showing/tour. Third: If selected out of final round of applicants, we will then send you background/credit check to complete - this is $43 and is our "application fee" but only send to applicants when they have been selected. Last Step: Pay deposit, we structure deposit depending on your credit score. It will be same as rent for scores over 651. If between 626-650 it will be rent +50% and finally anything under 625, deposit will be double rent. - 3 or 6 month lease - Kitchenette - Microwave - Water/trash/sewage is included in rent -Property operates on well water - Unit is available unfurnished. Furnished available at extra cost. - We offer tiered Wi-Fi packages at an additional cost per month, no contract required. Residents can also choose to get Wi-Fi on their own through a major carrier. - Dogs under 30 lbs. are allowed, no more than 2 and pet deposit is $150 - $300 depending on animals (Breed Restrictions Apply) - ready to move in now, looking forward to finding a great new tenant! (after application and background check of course)
