Beautiful original hardwood flooring is used throughout the majority of our units. Lawn Care, maintenance, and pest control are all included in the monthly rent. **Please Note : -We are not accepting Section 8 at this time. -We require a monthly income of 3X Rent for our applicants.** Pet Policy: (If applicable) - We allow up to two pets under 50 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $250 per pet and Pet Rent equaling $25 per pet per month. Fees: - Application Fee and Criminal / Credit Background Fee - $30 - Move-In Fee - We charge a one-time Move-In fee equalling half of the cost of one rent payment. - We also require a Surety Bond through Assurant, usually costing a one-time payment between $100 and $550.
