There is an additional mostly shaded outdoor space on the backside of the unit for outdoor living space, relaxing and/or outdoor dining opportunities. Washer and dryer located inside the unit in the primary . Utilities include electric up to $150 a month (any overages will be a tenant expense- Solar PV installed providing extra benefit to tenant(s)), water and sewer up to $125 a month (any overages will be a tenant expense), pest control as provided by the owner and landscaping. Tenant responsible for any additional utilities and obtaining and maintaining renter's insurance. Tandem parking for 2 cars in the driveway and additional street parking is a possibility.
