About 1331 E Luna Way
Fondly nicknamed The Buddha House by our family, this special property boasts expertly curated touches in every part of the home and around the large property by my wife and her designer. Bathrooms and bedrooms we're recently renovated and there is new carpet in both bedrooms and original Mexican Saltillo tile throughout the house. The location is incredible, just a couple minute drive from downtown Palm Springs. Our property is the jewel of the neighborhood. It's the largest plot of land situated in the center of the street, at the end of cul de sac. Our property contains the majority of the palm trees in the area that are expertly manicured. The backyard feels like an oasis and is large and expansive. There is a new salt water pool system, RGB lighting system and heating system that runs off the Hayward OmniLogic app. Perfect to set schedules, and our favorite, to turn on the spa while finishing dinner so the temperature is perfect when we arrive home. We have a covered outdoor patio area with BBQ that's perfect for entertaining and endless amounts of space and new hammock for lounging outside. There's a big fire pit with four super comfortable chairs. Our home has 2 bedrooms with a garage that has been converted and renovated via permit into a 3rd bedroom. There are two parking spots in the driveway. My wife and I live in Los Angeles and don't get out to the house as much as we'd like with our kids schedules. We will be managing the property personally, available until about 10pm 365 days a year. No big property management company to get lost in and not responded to. It's happened to us for too many years in Palm Springs and we'd like to offer the opposite experience. We will be managing the property for you. We have staff in Palm Springs at the ready should the house need anything while you're renting. Other than that we're very hands off. We're offering our property fully furnished for either a 6 month or 1 year lease. Like new LG washer & dryer in home. The 3rd bedroom is currently unfurnished, with a new mini split air conditioner, perfect for a 3rd bedroom or office. This property is our pride and joy. Everything works perfectly, and that will be felt the moment you step foot our property.
