There is also a two car garage and driveway for parking and unfinished basement for storage! Living areas are spacious with plenty of light. Utilities are a tenant responsibility, split evenly between the four housemates. There is a $5 quarterly charge for HVAC air filter delivery. No Pets. No Smoking.
