2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located on the second floor of The Virginian Building. Located just a few blocks from many shops including the Super One grocery store, and the Virginia Golf Course. The Virginian Building puts you close to attractions but still in a quiet neighborhood. This building has on site laundry and is pet friendly. Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $945 as well as the electric utility. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred. Garage space available for an additional $50/ per month. We make it easy! From scheduling a showing, paying your rent to submitting a maintenance request and signing your lease, it’s all online.
