Altogether, there are 6 separate apartments in this historic building (nothing is shared), and the apartment is unfurnished, so bring your personal decor to make it yours! Info * Coin-op laundry on-site * Off street parking (first come first serve) * Water/sewer/garbage/recycling included (tenant pays other utilities) * Free online tenant payment and maintenance requests (no more stamps, envelopes and checks!) * 2 good rental references preferred (but not required), since neighbors are quiet graduate students/working singles * No smoking/no pets policy * $45 application fee * Reservation Deposit/ Security Deposit = 1 month's rent when meeting all screening criteria * Discounted monthly rate of $1175 through June of 2026. After that, there would be the possibility of a lease renewal at the standard rate of $1395.
