Pet Administration Fee: If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a $150.00 Pet Administrative Fee for the first pet and $75 per pet for each additional pet upon move-in. This is a one-time fee. In addition to this fee, you will also have monthly pet admin fees per pet depending on your pets paw score. The security deposit varies based upon credit criteria; however standard security deposit equals one month's rent.
