This is to express our sincere appreciation for the consistent, timely, and quality service provided by the entire staff for each of their respective roles and individual responsibilities within the Villas of Castleton in Marietta PA. When maintenance requests are submitted, we can always count on Dave to identify any issue and quickly resolve it. He attentively listens to any further description, asks pertinent questions, answers our questions, and goes straight to the job of fixing it. In the seven years we have been living here, we have come to rely and count on his expertise. In addition, he is respectful of our position as renters living in the rental unit that, for now, we look at as our home. He is exceedingly polite and friendly while doing so in a professional manner. We want to single him out for acknowledgment of his going above and beyond to ensure that the job is done promptly, the right way, every time. He never fails to tell us to contact the office if there are any problems or concerns with regard to his service. We would also like to mention similar responsiveness by Danitza and Raychelle in their respective roles to any other matters brought to their attention. They consistently strive to meet and exceed any requests within the limits allowed them. We can count on resolution in as timely a manner as possible. They both go above and beyond, exceeding expectations. We would also like to mention John for his consistency in providing friendly and professional services over the seven years we have resided here. A special mention also goes out to Frank and Isaiah, who have been with the company long enough for us to become aware that they consistently strive to please. Each one of these individuals brings to our residential community their own special and unique skill sets along with their deep commitment to providing their very best service to the residents, as well as to the company they serve. Our hope is that they all will understand how much their service is genuinely appreciated by us. Additionally, we would like to express our appreciation for the attention to the beauty of the landscaping. It is always a welcome sight for us to see and appreciate. My fiance and I just moved into the community and we feel so much at home from our very first day we came into our lovely apartment , On our counter was a beautiful welcoming basket and also a birthday card and cupcake that was wonderful. The community is absolutely beautiful. I'm so glad we chose The villas of Castleton
