The onsite Management Team is outstanding, especially Ruth. They were on top of all details and had all my paperwork done in time for me to move in..I even moved up my move-in date and they were more than accommodating. Ruth helped me with my “portal” issues and was very responsive whenever I reached out! Off to a very good start at my new home!

Shianna has come to my rescue for multiple fixes in my apartment. She is quick and efficient, very kind and has made me feel like I am living in a safe space. Since I moved into modern cactus I have struggled greatly as I am 7 months pregnant and moved very heavy items mostly myself into this place which has been very frustrating and difficult. First night here my water heater broke and there was no hot water. I called the after hours maintenance and Shianna showed up. She fixed it, ended up needing a new one and she came the next day to install that. Now I have Hot Water, she also was able to install a new shower head for me per my doctors orders. Which I love and am very grateful for. Whenever there is an issue, she is the person to contact. Thank You Shianna! ◡̈
