We are into our fourth year at Harford Commons and one of the reasons we stay is for the staff. Every year I check other complexes and others have more amenities for the same rent but if we lived in another complex we wouldn't get the quick, friendly service we get here. Melody, Terri & the entire office staff as well as Mike, Cookie and the maintenance crew handle everything we request quickly & with kindness and professionalism. Whether it be a new fridge light bulb or battery for the smoke detector to shower safety bars, everyone at Harford Commons helps us with ALL our needs. They ALL make our Harford Commons apartment a home.

Again, I rarely give 5 star reviews on anything. Especially communities. But Harford exceeded my expectations. The stay was quiet, and the actual home is GORGEOUS. Maintenance is lightning fast to fix things and the staff there is amazing. Wonderful people who don’t see us as just renters; but as neighbors. I truly thank God for your staff. I hope to see more communities being built with the altruistic and loving mindset you all have. If you are thinking of moving here, you should do it. It’s good value. Quiet. Beautiful. Not too far from the city. Plus, Harford County is just gorgeous as is. Highly recommend this townhome for you and your loved ones ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
