Husband & I along with our dogs moved here about 5 months ago. We ( Including our dogs) absolutely love it here and very satisfied. We live by some wonderful neighbors. it's like having one big happy family. Jennifer is very professional and she is a caring person. Her & her staff always makes sure all your needs are met if you need any kinda maintenance done. She keeps us all the the know what's going on at the apartment though text messages and email. Its well lit up during the night. The grounds are well kept up and the parking lot is also clean. The pool is very nice during the hot summer days.. We would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place .

My husband and I are newly married with a 4 year old little girl and one on the way. We absolutely love the community here at Canterbury and are so happy to be here with our little family. The neighbors are kind and friendly and my daughter has room to play. Management here is always amazing, kind, caring, and quick to respond to our needs and such. Mantience responds to any issues quick and efficiently. I am extremely blessed to live here and recommend our community to anyone looking for a home.

Awesome place to live! There are four separate complexes each with their own courtyard and laundry mat, there's plenty of parking, the grass is always mowed, pest control is scheduled regularly, there's a private saltwater swimming pool for the tenants to use, the place is pet friendly, and there are little dog poo stations at the center of each courtyard that give out free baggies if you don't have any. If you end up splitting rent with a random person whom you don't already know beforehand, there should still be no issues because not only is there an extra large sink in the bathroom for everyone's stuff so sharing space and/or toiletries isn't needed, the bathroom itself is located in the middle of the unit which takes away the delimma of having to traverse through the other person's room just to take a shower. Water is included in the rent and although that usually means pressure and/or temperature is terrible, neither is the case here. Both bedrooms are large and spacious with a giant closet, and one bedroom (at least for ground units) has a back door which leads to an enormous expanse of more grassy area. This is especially good if Fido wakes you up in the middle of the night just giving you enough time to realize an emergency is about to happen and you need to get him outside ASAP with no time to run through the apartment out the front door. The living room is large with a big window that lets in plenty of light and enough room for a large couch, recliner, and at least a medium sized TV. The kitchen is also a good size with new appliances recently added and plenty of cabinet space. When it comes to paying rent, a website for you to conveniently use at your disposal will let you create a profile and then set up recurring payments for any amount you desire. Also the landlord is a very friendly yet stern and professional woman who will not let any rules bend under her watch. If anyone is loitering in the parking lot (which by the way has speed bumps for added safety), she'll put a stop to it. If you and a bunch of your biker buddies decide to roll in with your sweet hogs but cause lots of ruckus in the process, she'll let you know. Clearly her management skills are refected in the cleanliness of the place. She also sends out texts directly to you either to remind you of the pest control people, or even just to wish everyone a happy holiday, whatever it may be! Awesome stuff 👍
