My sister accepted a wonderful job around the area, which means she has to find an apartment right away. Upon searching on Google, the very first apartment that caught my attention is Avalon. Aside from the great reviews on Google, the person that helped us tour the complex, Jon, made it so easy to decide. Well kept, upgraded units, and incredible people that work there is what makes this apartment complex outstanding.

I toured Avalon Oak Creek earlier this morning and the community was absolutely beautiful, extremely well maintained and in a great location! Danielle was the leasing consultant who helped me and she was so kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. I absolutely loved the units and the property was gorgeous. It was clean, safe, quiet, and very spacious. Lots of closets and storage space too. All of the amenities were recently renovated and was done beautifully and all brand new. The pool is HUGE, with lots of seating and the gym is perfect. I am so excited to potentially move to this community.

Moving here has been an absolute dream. Everything in the apartment from the floors to the ceilings are so well made. I really don't consider this an apartment complex. It feels more like a condo/townhouse. The noticeable difference here is how quiet it is! I was not used to this at all. (We do live at the very back of the complex and don't face any other units, which is probably why it is so quiet.) One of our top reasons why we love living here is because of all the things we can do in walking distance. We are able to walk to Trader Joe's (takes 3 minutes), walk to Chumash Park (maybe 2 minute walk), and we've even walked to the Starbucks on Kanan from the park. We have gone in the pool 3 times in the last week (in the afternoon and in the evening) and nobody was in the pool. Felt so private! The pool is also extremely clean and way bigger than I remembered. Since our balcony is facing the back of the complex, we do have a view of a warehouse. But it doesn't bother us much since they are only open during the week while we are at work anyways. The one thing (the fact that there is literally only one thing is amazing) that I wish they had was a spray nozzle for the kitchen sink. It doesn't have the faucet extender so it is a little difficult to spray down big pots in the sink. Another HUGE plus to this place, ceiling fans! On the lowest level you can't even hear the fan. So we sleep with it on all night. But probably hands down, one of the #1 reasons why we love living here is the parking. You get 2 assigned parking spots in the underground garage. You have a remote that opens the gate and a key that opens a door on the side of the garage. It's super safe and secure. And then any above ground parking is free to whoever. Not having the stress of no parking (like your average apartment complex) is a huge relief. Yes, this apartment is more on the pricier side, but I'm telling you every penny is worth it. The extra hundred dollars you pay a month is paying for privacy, parking, landscape, the pool, the gym (which is amazing), peaceful surroundings, distance to everything, hiking trails, high quality hardware, large living spaces, speedy maintenance response, super friendly staff, etc. Also, they have food trucks every month that come and park at the complex! I mean, come on....
