I've lived here for 2plus yrs and only have good things to say. Mngt is very responsive to repair requests and general maintenance is very good. I take one star away for 1 raise in rent and the number of mngt turnover.

I am very upset because the rent increases every six months. Besides, it is not worth what they charge because the apartments are not in good conditions. THE MANAGER IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE. There are rats, and they don´t even care. There is no security. A lot of times the sheriff comes with 7 back up units because there are problems with some bad neighbors. The security door is always broken and when it is working it is always open.
