Home to Walla Walla University, the town has a vibrant academic influence and a diverse population. Located near Walla Walla, residents enjoy easy access to local wineries, restaurants, and outdoor activities while benefiting from a more suburban feel. The area has a mild climate, beautiful scenery, and a slower pace of life, making it an attractive place for students, families, and retirees. Comprised of 32 two-bedroom, one-bathroom units, the apartment complex is made up of two 16-unit buildings and offers 32 stalls of covered parking with an additional 32 parking stalls. Each unit has a separate electric meter and is equipped with a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and wall heating and air conditioning. A shared laundry facility is located onsite. There is a Utility Fee of $85/mo for water, sewer, and garbage and a Laundry Facility Fee of $25/mo. There is no extra cost to use washers and dryers. Small pets under 30 lbs allowed upon approval. A $300 non-refundable pet fee applies. Pet rent is $25/mo per pet.
