When looking to relocate we researched Lida Lake Estates. Back in May when we first called them, they met with us right away and showed us around. The grounds are well kept and have outside lighting everywhere. For mothers with young child there is on site laundry and its cheaper than any local laundromat. Also great for kids is the central air. Its amazing for controling the temperature and quickly I might add. There is also a playground. We love being 20 minutes from the local cities such as Dekalb, Dixon, and Rockford. Also living off 88 and 251 is amazing. One hour away from Chicago. Also the neighbors are great! We look forward to living here many years!

Lida Lakes Estates 433 Willis Ave, Rochelle, IL 61068 Apartment Rental Agency Gene Orstead We have lived at Lida lakes for 6 months and truly enjoy living here. The grounds are well kept and well lit at night making for a secure feeling. Management is very eeprofessional and quick to react to any problems or complaints. The neighbors in our building have actually become pretty good friends and feel comfortable enjoying time together. We feel very secure here being our location is kind of isolated on the edge of town. My wife is disabled so we are in a handicap apartment with designated parking just outside our door. Also they modified the bathtub to accommodate getting into the shower safely by cutting out a section of the tub wall and putting in a step through. So, I have nothing but good things to say about Lida Lake Estates.
